All of the directors have held senior positions in leading London advisory firms and/or substantial multi-national corporates. Their extensive experience has been gained advising on and dealing directly with transactions across many sectors and industries including, in particular, clean technology and renewable energy. All of the directors are substantial shareholders.
Adam Hart, Chairman

A senior, experienced investment banker, Adam Hart is Chairman of London Bridge Capital. Formerly he was Managing Director and Head of Corporate Finance at Fairfax I.S. PLC, and prior to that Head of Business Development (previously Deputy Head of Corporate Finance) at KBC Peel Hunt. Adam has a bachelor's degree in Law and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Touche Ross & Co. Adam has wide ranging corporate finance experience and has worked with numerous public (Official List and AIM) and private companies operating in a diverse range of sectors but most recently focusing on clean technology and renewable energy. He has led numerous transactions such as IPOs, mergers & acquisitions, secondary fundraisings and corporate reorganisations, as well as private equity fundraisings. He was, until June 2010, Chairman of the London Stock Exchange's AIM Advisory Group (but remains a member of the Group), is a member of the AIM Disciplinary Panel and is a past member of the Corporate Finance Technical Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Adam is Chairman of Haldanes Retail Group Ltd and a member of the UK Department of Energy and Climate Change's Capital Markets Climate Initiative (CMCI) Equity Working Group.
Elliott Mannis, Chief Executive Officer

Elliott Mannis is an experienced main board director and corporate leader and is the Chief Executive of London Bridge Capital. Elliott qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Price Waterhouse in Vancouver, Canada and transferred to London post qualification in 1988; he has been resident in Europe from that date. Elliott was formerly Chief Executive Officer of D1 Oils plc, an AIM listed business focused on the production of biodiesel from jatropha, a sustainable renewable energy crop. Prior to that Elliott was Group Finance Director at AWG Plc, the holding company for Anglian Water, a privatised regional water utility with global operations, and was previously Group Financial Controller at Aegis Group plc, the leading global media planning and buying business. Throughout his career Elliott has been involved in substantial activity in mergers, acquisitions and disposals and both debt and equity capital markets transactions. Elliott is also a non executive Director at The Woodland Trust, the UK's leading woodland conservation charity.
Penny Freer

Penny has worked in investment banking for 25 years. In 2004 she co-founded Capital Markets Group, a corporate finance advisory firm, transferring the activities of this business to London Bridge Capital in 2010.
Until 2004 Penny was Head of Equity Capital Markets at Robert W Baird. Prior to this she was Head of small and mid cap equities at Credit Lyonnais. After starting as an analyst Penny has spent the majority of her career working with management teams as they seek to access capital through primary and secondary fund raisings and providing strategic advice on interaction with investors. She has worked across a range of sectors and has extensive contacts amongst various investor groups.
Penny is the senior independent director of both AIM quoted Advanced Medical Solutions plc and fully listed Sinclair Pharma plc. She is also a non executive director of AIM quoted Empresaria Group plc.
Nick Donaldson

Nick, who is a barrister by profession, has worked in investment banking for over 25 years. In 2004 he co-founded Capital Markets Group, a corporate finance advisory firm, transferring the activities of this business to London Bridge Capital in 2010.
Until 2003 Nick was Head of Corporate Finance at Arbuthnot Securities. Prior to this he was Head of Investment Banking in Europe for Robert W Baird and previously Head of Corporate Finance and M&A at Credit Lyonnais. Nick was until 2007 a member of the FSA's Listing Authority Advisory Committee, which he joined on its inception. Nick has spent the majority of his career providing strategic advice to companies in a range of sectors on mergers & acquisitions, IPOs and secondary fund raisings.
Nick is chairman of AIM quoted DP Poland PLC and an independent director of fully listed Games Workshop Group PLC. He was a co-founder of The Clapham House Group PLC, which was the subject of a recommended takeover in 2010.
Jason Teichman, Corporate Finance Director

Jason Teichman has over 25 years experience in the financial markets and is Corporate Finance Director of London Bridge Capital. Jason's early career was spent broking international debt and convertible securities for a number of institutions followed by three years at Collins Stewart Tullett Liberty broking U.S. and European Equities.
An alumni of London Business School, he has spent the last seven years working as principal on a number of merger, acquisition and investment projects across a range of industries both domestically and internationally.
Jason has held board positions both within private and public companies and is currently a non-executive director for several private companies owned by a family office.
Harry Kinloch, Consultant

A senior experienced manager and banker. He has occupied senior managerial positions in both the public and private sectors. His city experience includes working on the investment management side of Lazard Bros and being responsible for the setting up of Aetna Life and Casualty's European insurance and investment management operations. He has advised government on its operations in two nationalised industries and been a managing director of one of them. Harry is a qualified engineer having had, prior to his commercial career, a successful academic career in the UK and the United States. He has initiated and completed many corporate sales and fund raising in the private sector and holds non executive directorships in the fields of oil and gas research technology, food production and distribution and waste management. In the clean energy sector he has, with one of his clients, been involved in the initiation, funding, project management and successful installation of a biogas plant delivering 1.1MW of power to both the client company and the National Grid. In terms of the complete management of waste in he has been involved in the successful development of a system of benchmarking and reporting on a client's waste management and recycling practices in terms of waste related compliance, cost and environmental performance.
